They say when the going gets tough the tough get going. That is, unless they are too tired. Most people have a lot going on, and often don't take the time to re-energize. I'm not talking about sleeping; I'm talking about exercise. Just fifteen minutes a day can make a big difference. If you could just do one more thing that made a positive impact on your life, or economy wouldn't you do it? Most people don't because they just don’t have the energy to take that one extra step. Do yourself a favor, and take a walk, do a few push-ups, or sit ups, and see what happens. You'll find just a little physical activity can become a lot of extra energy. Then you take that extra step and see where it takes you.
